Lab Policies

At FAMILY-Lab, we are committed to conducting research with transparency, integrity, and mutual respect. The following policies guide our work and shape the ethical culture of our lab.

Data Sharing Policy

We support open science practices and the responsible sharing of research data in accordance with ethical standards and participant confidentiality.

Transparency & Reproducibility:
We aim to make de-identified datasets available upon publication of our findings, in line with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data principles.

Participant Privacy:
All shared data has been anonymized and does not contain any personal information. We follow GDPR and institutional guidelines for handling sensitive personal data, particularly in studies involving minors and families.

Access Requests:
Researchers interested in accessing our datasets for secondary analysis are encouraged to contact the lab director with a brief research proposal. Requests will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the original ethics approval.

Platforms Used:
Where appropriate, data and materials will be shared on reputable repositories such as OSF (Open Science Framework), Dataverse, or university-hosted repositories.
